Integrate more modern alternative to JMDict -> "Jitendex" #1

Jitendex is free, offline, and openly licensed and claims to be basically a more modern alternative to JMDict. The open-source browser dictionary Yomitan is using it by default. Maybe it suits your project?

I believe Jitendex is more of a "competitor" to my Jisho (as in, it's similar in its purpose), being a friendly interface to the same JMdict data that we all use.

It has MDict format and has this additional information and also it has like ~8400 native japanese speaker audio:

This information has all been implemented in Jitendex and is missing from JMdict.

Example sentences
Usage notes
Etymology notes
Cross references
Antonyms
Language of origin information
Definition notes (such as "Figuratively", "Literally", etc.)

I think it tries both, to be a alternative to Jisho (but only in that regard, that it has a Yomitan format, so its essentially not a website like your project, but a offline program) as well be an alternative to JMdict.
