OddLOT left/right lane #73

The latest commit in OddLOT (https://github.com/hlrs-vis/covise/commit/488238e624ef185595ef5e5eceea261a0e8e71a2) interchanges left and right lanes. This gives left lanes a negative lane id and right lanes a positive one. @uwewoessner Was this intended?

sorry, this was obviously not intended, I reverted it. The fix to change the order of lanes in the xodr file is a bit more complicated. If you want to jump in, you can try to change the order from right-center-left to left-center-right when writing out xodr files. Apparently the standard would like to have the latter order. I won't have time to fix it soon
