checkpath error #7

Hi, Very thanks for pointing out the error message. The checkpoint file is trained based on OPenPCDet v0.3, which is slightly different from the OPenPCDet v0.5 (i.e., we need to permute some dimensions in the 3D backbone).

Whatever, the checkpoint file is updated. U can re-download it to reproduce our results.
