Create a better method for exploring documents.

We discussed adding an explore page to be able to find documents that:

• have been recently edited
• are nearing completion
• are rather far away from completion
• perhaps a "most discussed" section for viewing comments?

This is also probably a relatively low priority next to something like the modal comments.

@alexrudnick if you could make an API to return the percent completion of a given document so I can filter documents by percent complete, that would be great, thanks.
