This implies that there will be multiple active language pairs on the same site.

To play devil's advocate, would it be simpler to have each install of Guampa just handle one language pair? Will, for example, people in Paraguay be likely to want to translate es-gn and gn-es ? Maybe pt-gn and gn-pt too?
