Treetagger build.xml points to a missing resource. #2

The installation instructions provided at https://github.com/hltfbk/EOP-1.2.3/wiki/Installation, request the user to download the build.xml file provided at http://hlt-services4.fbk.eu:8080/artifactory/repo/eu/excitementproject/eop-resources/EOP1.2.3/resources/build.xml. When using the installation script, ant complains that the resource http://dkpro-core-asl.googlecode.com/svn/built-ant-macros/tags/0.4.0/ant-macros.xml does not exist (which is true).

I believe this resource has moved to github and is now at: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dkpro/resource-packager/0.7.0/ant-macros.xml.
