Unclear description of how to install (or where to put) the runtime zip file. #232

One thing I still don't know is where do I have to unpack the additional resources downloaded by the link: http://hlt-services4.fbk.eu:8080/artifactory/repo/eu/excitementproject/eop-resources/1.0.0.tar/eop-resources-1.0.0.tar.gz

The page says;

In the next section, you will see where you should put this package in order to run the EOP properly.

But the next section doesn't have that information. :-( It directly moves to how to run EOP via Java and Maven.
