Maven repository on FBK #122

It would be nice to have a repository of the transduction layer on the FBK Server (http://hlt-services4.fbk.eu:8080/artifactory/repo). We run in several problems to build our server with the transduction layer from scratch.

Hi Matthias, we discussed this internally and decided to provide the TL as Maven artifact with the next TL release.
