No Ringtone or Vibrate on Incoming Calls #1148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive incoming call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Phone will play ringtone and vibrate with incoming call.  Phone rings for a 
second on incoming call then ringtone mutes.  Can answer call and call works 
normally.  On subsequent calls, no ringtone at all.  Also, after killing 
sipdroid ringtones don't work for regualar cellular calls.  Ringtones don't 
play in the ringtone selector app.  Speaker works normally and notifications 
still play, ie. for SMS messages.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid version 4.3beta.  Android 4.4.  Moto X (T-Mobile)

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
pbxes.org

Which type of network are you using?
Wi-Fi
