Every call starts with muted microphone #1158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a SIP call.
2. The connection is established, but the other party can't hear me. The 
sipdroid icon is normal (= not muted).
3. Mute the microphone, icon goes to muted.
4. Unmute the microphone, icon goes to normal again, now the other party can 
hear me.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the call to be established with the microphone unmuted.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid 3.4; HTC Desire S; Android 4.2.2

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
PBXes.com (Soho)

Which type of network are you using?
