Which Port I need exept 5060 #1161

Hi,

I use SIPDROID for a long period, but in this moment I am in Germany and they 
don't aloud to connect on some free port. We contact t-home and they open PORT 
5060 TCP and UDP, but now I only can call, but I don't receive any tone. Do I 
need to open some another PORT.
