based on your review comment at /pull/29, I tuned the dialog, so "the layout is more uniform":
use monospace font
properly escape '&' for Qt label - it's not displayed otherwise
also escape other special chars now that we use HTML in the label (for possible future enhancements)
Note that I use the monospace font ("courier new" necessary on Windows; while just "courier" doesn't display letters with accents correctly) for the whole dialog, as limiting it just to selected parts seems complicated (or maybe impossible). Hopefully it will render nicely on the *nix systems as well...
