Is it better to do so because sometime it is annoying when the order must be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a feature that was not on our intended feature list for versions up to version 2.1. However, we will consider implementing it in a future iteration of our application.

Reason for disagreement: None of your documents mention that the input should be fixed order. If fixed order input is considered as a feature, you should at least explain it somewhere.

has explained what should be considered as feature flaw, and fixing this feature flaw is essential for the app to be reasonably useful.
