[UE] enable the converter to skip some pages

Pages matching a given regex skip the converter pipeline and go through following pass-through pipeline:

• the page html is fetched as is
• all the links that don’t have an extension are suffixed with the .html extension

Until the pages that should support editing with the Universal Editor are defined, the following temporary pattern is used: /**/products/**/topics1/**
