[SEO] Index Now to run upon AEM/Crosswalk publish #526

Would it be possible to implement this. We can discuss.

Index now for Google: https://developers.google.com/search/apis/indexing-api/v3/quickstart

Index now for Bing: https://www.bing.com/indexnow

For Bing, an API is called which tells it the page to index and the key, I set this up, here is an example: https://www.bing.com/indexnow?url=https://lifesciences.danaher.com/us/en/products.html&key=f8c27713c75e4e9186b8a5dd54d6eb582
