(Clean up task) Remove Member Portal hubspot redirects once ticket EDX-6001 has been published

Background: Member Portal has a couple links to PDFs using the url: https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs. These links should use the url https://page.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs instead. As a temporary fix, we added these PDFs to the Franklin site and created 301 redirects to fix the link's formatting.

Franklin site has clean up tasks:

• Remove the hubfs redirects in https://riteaidonline.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/sites/AEM/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7BE8FF53B3-D5D6-4CAE-8732-B86394174FC3%7D&file=redirects.xlsx&action=default&mobileredirect=true
• Remove the hubfs folder with all the duplicated PDFs and re-publish
