(Clean up task) Remove Member Portal hubspot redirects once ticket EDX-6001 has been published #205

Open janefrommaine opened 1 year ago

janefrommaine commented 1 year ago

Background: Member Portal has a couple links to PDFs using the url: https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs. These links should use the url https://page.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs instead. As a temporary fix, we added these PDFs to the Franklin site and created 301 redirects to fix the link's formatting.

Next steps Once the Member Portal has completed and released this ticket: https://jira.envisionrx.com/browse/EDX-6001

Franklin site has clean up tasks:

Things to test

301 redirects no longer work https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir_DMRCLMFORM_Fillable.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/MPD_Exclusion_Request_Form_general.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Pharmacy-Files/elixir_member_form_mail%20order%20enrollment_20-4621_f4.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir_standard_pdl_2020.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir_select_pdl_2020.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir_legacy_pdl_2020.pdf

Direct URLs (6 of them) to duplicated PDFs no longer work https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir-dmrclmform-fillable.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/mpd-exclusion-request-form-general.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Pharmacy-Files/elixir-member-form-mail-order-enrollment-20-4621-f4.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir-standard-pdl-2020.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir-select-pdl-2020.pdf https://www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs/Elixir/Documents/elixir-legacy-pdl-2020.pdf

Note: David Sassaman is working with Val to redirect of any traffic for www.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs to page.elixirsolutions.com/hubfs

This means that the urls under 301 should work once the Akamai rule in put in place.
