update reg and login page to have the group default to member.elixirsolutions.com #211

updated so when a invalid group number is entered it just default redirects to member.elixirsolutions.com

@janefrommaine and while we are at it some CSS cleanup

registration-form.css line 5 remove padding

line 21 change margin-right to var(--default-content-gap)

line 24 and 25 change to margin-top: 24px; margin-bottom: 24px;
