PDF viewer is neither showing the content, nor throwing an error in the browser console. Example: https://qa.merative.com/documents/case-study/uva-case-study

The .live domain gives the expected "you're not allowed to see this" error: https://main--merative2--hlxsites.hlx.live/documents/case-study/uva-case-study
