[Support]: Implement "Search" functionality for Curam support-articles page

Problems/Motivation
For phase 3, our team is prioritizing the migration of all of the support pages that are in AEM into Franklin.
Currently, there's a search bar functionality that exists within the
Support articles and release notes
page for the Curam (formerly known as SPM)
AEM version:
https://www.merative.com/support/spm/support-articles
Franklin version:
https://main--merative2--hlxsites.hlx.page/support/spm/support-articles
We need to replicate this feature in Franklin as well.
