fix(svg): Update arrow SVG icons

Description

The down arrow icon gets added automatically when the link type is detected to an anchor link, however, you can change the display of the icon by using the shortcode pattern (eg. Back to top:arrow-up-light:). Fixed a minor issue with this arrow down SVG where there's a slight grey border around it, which is removed via the /icons directory of our repo/codebase. Changed
