SVG fix for icons. #357

Fixes MERATIVE-931

Description

The numerous values assigned to the path, specifically of the outer circle is causing some "bumpy" rendering issues

These are looking good for the solution list icons. I'm still seeing the fuzzy edges on the mega menu logos.

@keith-kaplan we can have this PR merged so that we can atleast fix the icons for the solution list block across the website.
