Unable to Access Franklin Sharepoint

Looks like the following are unable to access Franklin - is there any insight into this? Currently I'm aware that it doesn't work for the following: garystover@pgatourhq.com vinceshannon@pgatourhq.com willdelorenzo@pgatourhq.com kyleerobison@pgatourhq.com

My experience:

I cannot login to SharePoint at multiple adobe.sharepoint.com URLs (see the error I get, which is slightly different than others' errors)

When I select my name (even though it states "Signed In" under my email), I get taken back to this same error.
