Links with fragments #127

Cross references (links) with fragments are being incorrectly transformed from adoc into HTML

For example, look at line 13 of this source adoc file: prisma-cloud-docs/docs/en/compute/pcee/admin-guide/install/install-defender/install-cluster-container-defender.adoc

Cluster names let you xref:../../technology_overviews/radar.adoc#cluster-pivot[segment your views] of the environment.

If you go to the rendered HTML page (https://main--prisma-cloud-docs-website--hlxsites.hlx.page/prisma/prisma-cloud/en/compute/pcee/admin-guide/install/install-defender/install-cluster-container-defender), and inspect the link, you'll see this:

https://main--prisma-cloud-docs-website--hlxsites.hlx.page/prisma/prisma-cloud/en/compute/pcee/admin-guide/technology-overviews/radar.franklin#cluster-pivot

For some reason, an extra franklin string has been inserted into the link.

Expected results:

The link should be:

https://main--prisma-cloud-docs-website--hlxsites.hlx.page/prisma/prisma-cloud/en/compute/pcee/admin-guide/technology-overviews/radar#cluster-pivot
