Sitemap doesn't contain required fields

The sitemap doesn't contain the os-version and is-latest-version fields from the metadata sheet.

Repro:

Open the latest sitemap: https://main--prisma-cloud-docs--hlxsites.hlx.page/prisma/prisma-cloud/docs/sitemaps/sitemap-en.xml
Search for "osversion".

Notice there are no results. There are no sitemap entries with this value.
Go to the metadata sheet.

Notice that the metadata sheet has columns with this value filled out.

@maxakuru Don't fix/change/modify anything. I'm going to look for an alternative solution.
