[AsciiDoc conversion] Stray id text

There's some stray text being rendered at the end of some articles. It only seems to occur when an anchor is specified at the top of an adoc file (i.e. on the first top-level heading).

Repro:

1. Open a new browser tab, and go to this page: https://main--prisma-cloud-docs-website--hlxsites.hlx.live/prisma/prisma-cloud/en/enterprise-edition/content-collections/runtime-security/rs-architecture

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Notice there's some weird text at the bottom
