fix: remove jQuery

jQuery is only used for one script in Adobe Launch, which is not required and can be removed.

Test URLs: With Launch Enabled:

• Before: https://main--servicenow--hlxsites.hlx.live/blogs
• After: https://jquery--servicenow--hlxsites.hlx.live/blogs

With Launch Disabled:

• Before: https://main--servicenow--hlxsites.hlx.live/blogs?disableLaunch=true
• After: https://jquery--servicenow--hlxsites.hlx.live/blogs?disableLaunch=true
