NFR: 404 Page Localization - Secondary Markets

Description

Currently, the 404 page for all markets is displayed in English. Since this page is hardcoded, we need to update the code to display the page in the local market language. This ticket contains the secondary markets and is to be rolled out after deployment of https://github.com/hlxsites/vg-macktrucks-com/issues/711

This change needs to be applied not only to the MackTrucks repo, but to all multi-language speaking markets.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The 404 page is displayed in Spanish on the following markets:

• [x] Venezuela
• [x] Panama
• [x] Dominican Republic
• [x] Costa Rica
• [x] Honduras
• [x] Nicaragua

The 404 page is displayed in French on the following markets:

Notes

• Make configurable from sharepoint
• Done in all repos simultaneously
• Twin of this ticket in the Volvo domain
• Code to be added in decorateMain() in scripts.js, before decorateButtons() so that we can load the new 404 block within <main>

@Kannan-CM We need to create 404 error pages for each market listed in the ticket. The Word document should be placed at the root of each repository (you can refer to macktrucks.com for guidance). This text must be translated into Spanish and French using the built-in translation feature.
