Bug: Multiple Mack text labels are now incorrect

When the Mack Recalls page was published, multiple text labels have changed from what was present in the pre-production environment and are now incorrect. We will need to correct the following text:

Vin label text on the search bar: "vinlabel" should be changed to "Enter your 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). See screen shot examples:

If a user types in a VIN that is not correct, the error message should be corrected from "vinformat" to "The VIN entered is not valid for Mack Truck vehicles"

"result text" should be corrected to reflect the number of recalls available for the VIN search result.

"recall_oldest_info" should be corrected to "Recall information available since"

All of the recalls labels will need to be corrected: "recall_date" should be corrected to "Issue Date" "mfr_recall_number" should be corrected to "Brand Recall Number" "nhtsa_recall_number" should be corrected to "NHTSA Recall Number" "mfr_recall_status" should be corrected to "Recall Status" "recall_description" should be corrected to "Description" "safety_risk_description" should be corrected to "Safety Risk" "remedy_description" should be corrected to "Remedy" "mfr_notes" should be corrected to "Next steps"

When there is not a recall available for a VIN, the message should be corrected from: "no recalls (number)" to "0 recalls available for VIN (number)
