Search Task: Updating Magazine Metadata

Description

After review of magazine search, it was found that metadata needs to be standardized again. Currently the tags have three types of tags, these need to be split into three sections.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Split the tags into the following three tags:
• article-category
• topic
• truck
• [x] Update metadata page by page on each article
• [x] Check if any of the code has been broken by the new metadata, update code if needed

Out of Scope

• [x] @netmanito to ingest the new metadata

Testing Guide

• [ ] Check the word documents if metadata is proper
• [ ] Check if the metadata in the HTML is proper
