NFR: Add GA4 Analytic Tracking Code

Context/Description

As a Volvo Trucks content author for Canada, I would like to have Google Analytics applied to my English and French websites so that I can track how users are interacting with it and gain useful analytics such as user count, page views, and engagement.

Acceptance Criteria

Editor AC:

• [ ] As a website editor, I can see real-time website analytics in my Google Analytics (GA4) dashboard for both English and Canadian websites.

Non-functional AC:

Validated and able to see it in constants.json loaded when we fetch the branch URL in browser. Also, able to see the correct code in sharepoint hence, marking it to close.

Note: Please note that the lower environment does not have cookie integrated so only above tests could be carried out.
