Post Live: Pardot form to load based on cookie setting

Need to check the oneTrust cookie setting and load the Pardot forms on the site. If the user has not accepted targeting cookie a message needs to be shown in the placeholder insted of the form.

Message should also contain a link to change the cookie setting.

Validated and able to get the correct result hence, closing the defect:

Validated on https://www.volvotrucks.us/trucks/vnr-electric/vnr-electric-contact/ URLs and when targeting cookies are accepted then only Form is displayed otherwise, Message with a link to change the cookie setting is displayed as expected.
