Also, the Facebook Pixel script (aka fbevents.js) is loaded once in the following cases:

• performance + social cookies -> it's loaded by GTM.
• performance only -> all pixel scripts (and noscripts) are removed.
• social cookies only -> it's loaded by delayed.js

tested by mocking the cookies with this variable: // const cookieSetting = COOKIES.performance + COOKIES.social; // ! both allowed // const cookieSetting = COOKIES.performance; // ! performance only allowed const cookieSetting = COOKIES.social; // ! social only allowed
