Description

As a content author, I want a quick way to create new articles from a template, so I don't have to add every component used on an article manually.

The scope of this issue is to create the template, every block contained in this template has a separate issue for its development.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] A new "Magazine Article" template block will be available in the AEM Sidekick library, which contains the basic structure and blocks that all Volvo Magazine Articles share.
[ ] The Magazine Article template contains all of the following elements (in a general order of priority):

633 (priority 2)
634 (priority 2)
635
540 (priority 3)
561 (priority 2) DEPENDENCY - Need to plan searcheng efforts
532 (priority 1) DEPENDENCY - Need to plan searcheng efforts
545 (priority 2) Needs to be picked up before 541
541 (priority 2)

This ticket is to be re refined following the refinement of the needed features for the magazine template

@BeckyMedlin yes until the features needed for this ticket have been estimated this cannot be re-estimated
