Create Web-to-case HTML Form Block - VT

Background Currently, we have been using iFrames for the Pardot form links so that we can capture leads and submissions in MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). We will need to move away from using iFrames and we need to be able to add in a Web-to-case form block. Web-to-case goes directly to Salesforce. We need to replace the contact us iframe with a web-to-case form blocks from Salesforce.

Description Create a new block to manage SalesForce web-to-case form block which would also be able to display the forms properly. It would be good for the VTNA Salesforce team wot work with the Cognizant salesforce, team, if possible, to implement the solution.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The SalesForce web-to-case form block would be able to manage form submissions entered on the website
• [ ] The form block looks clean and offers a seamless experience for it's users
• [ ] The form block can be managed by the CMS team and content editors

Assumption

• [ ] This block may be needed for other Volvo Group websites

We are adjusting this to be a form handler instead of the HTML block. This will function like the configurator. The website will host the form and send a submission to MCAE. From there Salesforce can handle the routing and automation. We are about 3 weeks out from testing in Salesforce. But we can build and test the from in the meantime and make sure the data is coming through from the website to MCAE.
