Add in scroll bar in VTNA mega dropdown menu

Description During the New VNL launch, we only had space for 6 trucks in the mega dropdown menu. Now that the launch is over, we need to explore adding in a scroll bar within the dropdown. This feature would allow users to scroll down to see more than 6 trucks and allows the content editors to add in more than 7 trucks in the mega dropdown.

Use case Featuring 7+ trucks in the mega menu

• Seeing more than 6 trucks in the mega menu helps me to see what trucks are available
• Then I can see at a glance what those trucks look like and their names
• Then I can start to explore the trucks I am most interested in

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] The scroll bar is activated after the user goes past the first 6 trucks
• [ ] Content editors are able to add in new trucks with links that go to their respective PDPs
• [ ] The scroll bar is not always visible and is a subtle addition to the header
• [ ] The hamburger menu also reflects the addition of 7+ trucks as a listed item
