Accept All Cookie keeps showing up even after accepting #182

Once user have accept the cookie policy they should not be asked or shown it again image

for the cookie popup, there might be a config on the onetrust side that only sets cookie for zemax.com and not the https://main--zemax--hlxsites.hlx.live/ domain

I will keep the bug open for now we can close it once we test it on actual domain.
