Version 0.8.0.4 doesn't start on Windows XP #386

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Installed version 0.8.0.4 on Windows XP
 2. Launched GMapCatcher

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application doesn't start. An error message window indicates that there is 
an error that is logged in the file maps.exe.log

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.8.0.4 
Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

  File "gmapcatcher\mapGPS.pyc", line 11, in <module>
  File "gmapcatcher\widgets\mapPixbuf.pyc", line 5, in <module>
  File "gtk\__init__.pyc", line 40, in <module>
  File "gtk\_gtk.pyc", line 12, in <module>
  File "gtk\_gtk.pyc", line 10, in __load
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.

Uninstalled GMPAPCatcher. Rebooted Windows. Re installed application: same 
problem.
The version 0.8.0.1 was working perfectly on the same machine.

Re installed version 0.8.0.1: all back to normal: the issue seems therefore 
related to version 0.8.0.4
