Add a simple pom so Maven2 can be used to build an artifact

Hi folks,

I have attached a pom.xml that could be added to this project so we could 
quickly create a maven 
artifact for repository deployment.

Added.  I've fixed up the artifact name though: was "at-inject.jar" now is 
"javax.inject.jar"
