Move /api/ to /pants/ namespace

The idea here is to put everything that is Pants-specific inside /pants/* and leave the user to use any URLs outside of /pants/ as he wishes.

• [x] Move /setup into /pants
• [x] Move /login into /pants
• [x] Move /logout into /pants
