[x] When creating a document, generate a uid, consisting of the initial document URL (or possibly the pants-canonical URL?)
[x] Serve the uid as part of pants-document JSON
[x] Consume the uid when consuming the JSON
[x] Serve the uid as part of h-entry markup
[x] Parse incoming h-entry for uid

And then... deduplication?
