"Followings", that beautiful word describing people you're following, making you their follower... yay!

Followings:

[x] Set up a Subscription model, linking follower to following.
[x] Set up a /pants/following resource that publishes the site's followings, using rel-following markup.
[ ] Create a form for adding a new following.
[ ] When adding a new following,
- [ ] fetch the followed user
- [ ] send a webmention.
[ ] When removing a following, also send them a webmention.

For Followers:

[ ] Check incoming webmentions for rel-following markup to our URL. (Look at the host, not the complete URL!)
[ ] If such a link is found, create a local Subscription, linking the other user to us as a follower.
[ ] When receiving a not_found webmention, and we already have a Subscription instance, destroy it.
[x] Publish known followers at /pants/followers
