Confirm Alice's post received the Like
Edit Bob's post to remove the link (either by changing the class, or removing the a tag completely)
Alice's post still has the Like (since Alice never gets notified about the change)
Implementation ideas:
Track outgoing links of local documents after all (so far, we've only been tracking incoming links by remote documents) and use this information to manage outgoing webmentions
When saving, send webmentions to the links from the old version of html, too
