[x] Make it part of @miniplex/bucket aka bucketeer?
- [x] Don't forget to re-export it from the main miniplex package :-)
- [ ] Maybe use the opportunity to rename onEntityAdded and onEntityRemoved to a more neutral onItemAdded and onItemRemoved, since @miniplex/bucket is not supposed to be ECS specific

[ ] React bits?

[ ] Rename onAdd and onRemove to enter and leave (or similar)
