fixed to work with newer pymongo and bson modules #570

I updated the imports so it works now with newer pymongo and bson modules. As I am still using version 0.4 on my project, I would like to have this tag uploaded so I can use this on my production environment along with newer pymongo versions.

One thing tho, I forgot to update VERSION to (0, 4, 1), if you could do that, that would be good.
