Renamed the variables used in the repo

[pravinkmr26]

• Used readable names for mathematical notations used in the kalman filter
• removed some comments that are not needed
• removed system dimensions variables (int n, m)
• used clang-format for formatting the code

Ran the unit test file available to validate that this is working
