Fix git malloc failed #35

I tried to commit a large file ~400MB and it broke git for the beagleboard, now it runs out of memory while pulling. Need to somehow erase the file from its history.

should be fixed, I purged the kernel source and CAD files from the git history using http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2100907/how-do-i-purge-a-huge-file-from-commits-in-git-history
