Complete wiring of Control Units/Motors #76

Closed PayneTrain closed 11 years ago

Attempt to have robot operational by Friday (not likely), but definitely have it fully wired and operational by Saturday so that programming can commence. Order any non-essential wire parts (connectors, shields, etc) by Friday so they can be installed early next week.

CAN Installed, ribbon cable spliced, updating EPOS Studio to v2 (From 1.5) in order to perform tuning since a new version of software, 2124h was released and must be installed in order to use the new nodes. Will complete tuning after dinner.

Went 5/6 on tuning over the CAN line. Only problem is Node 5, the tab broke off the motor, so I need to remove the motor from it's mount [the way it is currently mounted it can't be reached] and inset a new wire into the motor. Can't do this right now because the MAE lab is locked and I need the Allen wrenches....Anyway, will store xjus in ELE lab for tonight and return tomorrow afternoon to fix that motor connection.
