Prevent overriding default settings when "Update Codeplug" is enabled. #17

The code-plugs for the Radioddity RD-5R and TYT UV390/Retevis RT3S replace the current settings (e.g., button settings) with default ones even if the "update code-plug" checkbox is enabled.

Fixed in 0.4.5 release.
