Avoid the AnyTone ARPS-RX/SMS firmware bug #284

The AnyTone devices cannot receive SMS if DMR-APRS reception is enabled. Quick and dirty workaround: Disable DMR-APRS RX if SMS reception is enabled in the AnyTone DMR-channel extension.
