Extend radioddity settings extension to cover GD73 settings. #397

For now, it only contains settings to cover the GD77 & RD5R stock firmware radio settings. To this end, it needs to be extended to cover the GD73 as well. In fact, only a small portion of the GD77 and RD5R settings are covered by the extension too.

Low prio: here, boot -> display is not working (blank display on radio start regardless of setting in qdmr)

(-> does work now.)
